A: Print on Demand is a service where Personalized Images are printed on products of your choice and fulfilled only after an order is placed post payment. This means each item is custom-made based on your preferences. 

A: We offer personalized Acrylic wall clocks, Business Logo Acrylic wall clocks, Acrylic Photo Frames. 

A: Acrylic is a synthetic plastic material made from a derivative of acrylic acid or related compounds. It is known for being lightweight, durable, and shatter-resistant. 

1. Transparency and Clarity: Acrylic has excellent optical clarity, similar to glass, but is much lighter. 

2. Durability and Strength: Though not as strong as polycarbonate, acrylic is much tougher than glass. It's resistant to shattering, so it's often used as a safer alternative to glass.

3. Lightweight: Acrylic weighs significantly less than glass, making it easier to handle.

4. Eco-friendly Option: Acrylic can be recycled, though the process requires specialized equipment. However, in some cases, it can be reused or re-molded. 

A: When you place an order you have to pay the full price of the product. Share your Images / Logo which you want to be printed through WhatsApp or mail. We prepare the Artwork and share it on Whatsapp for your confirmation. Once you confirm the design we take it for production. Once it goes for production NO Changes will be accepted. Our system forwards it to the printing facility. Your design is printed, the item is packaged, and then shipped directly to your address. This process ensures that you get a unique, made-to-order product. 

A: We suggest that you share your Logo if available in PDF Or PNG file for High Quality output. If you don't have any Logo we may try to create a Theme design which matches your Business. Order processing time will increase due to this artwork creation.

A: Browse through our catalog on website, choose the product, design you like, select the appropriate size or specifications, and inform us on WhatsApp by clicking on the Button "Share Image Now - WhatsApp"

A: Yes! Many of our products are customizable. You can suggest your own Idea if any, text, or color and if it's feasible we will try to incorporate. 

A: We prepare the Artwork and share it on Whatsapp for your confirmation. Once you confirm the design we take it for production. Once it goes for production NO Changes will be accepted.

A: Our typical processing time is 7 business days. Once printed, shipping times vary depending on your location:

- Pan India shipping: 5-7 business days. We ask for your address with Pin Code before Order Confirmation to confirm if we can deliver at your location.

A: Currently as a promotional offer we are doing Free Shipping Pan India.

A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation WhatsApp with a tracking number and Link. Use this link to track your order via our shipping partner’s website.

A: Since each item is made to order ( Personalized ), we don’t accept returns. 

A: Since there is no Return Policy so there is no Refund issued for POD products.

A: The product material used is Acrylic which is a tough material and we do proper packaging to avoid any damage in shipping. We suggest you to take a Video shoot while opening the courier. In case the product gets damaged inside the packaging and is clearly captured in the video it needs to be shared on WhatsApp for our necessary action, maximum by next day of delivery. We will check your complaint to give a resolution on it.

A: We accept payments through secured payment gateway of Razorpay. You can be rest assured of your payments. Here you get all the options of paying through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI & Netbanking.

A: Yes, we offer discounts on bulk orders depending on the Quantity.
